To be honest, in real life it's so much better.... vibrant and a little dreamy!
A little detail:
Used little scraps of paper to make flowers. Even used the edges with purple paint that I thore of the purple paper...

Can I have a coke please

Een LO met I. Ze was zo vrolijk en beleefd op een terras.

Ik heb cardstock, papier van thecolorconspiracy, Prima bloemen, kraaltjes en spelden en verf gebruikt.

2 kaartjes

Op 2sketches4you staat deze week een leuke sketch, #58 van Laura. Het DT team gebruikt er digitale stempels bij; ik heb gewoon zelf een tekeningetje gemaakt...


Ingekleurd met copic markers, ben ik nog helemaal niet handig mee.

Op DCL een weeksketch die me minder aanspreekt maar goed, toch geprobeerd er iets van te maken


Het papier is van Pink Paislee, restjes van een LO die ik van de week maakte. De bloemen zijn van Prima.

Sketchy Thurdays challenge guest DT sept.: my little boy

On ST you can fin very nice sketches; this one is the base for a challenge for guest DT in september.
I've made this very simple LO with it.
It's a picture of my son 21 years ago, in his little chair in the kitchen, looking ever so sweet (he was a very sweet baby btw).

I've used Prima paper (shabby chick) and some painting on it.
The nice wordstrips are easy to make:
Paint some acrylic white paint on een piece of cardstock (light blue)
Let dry
Make a text in word, I've used Hawaii killer, from 1001 fonts
Use a nice lace stamp cut en ink the strip

Very easy and it looks good, don't know why I've never thought of this earlier.

Mini album

Na een korte vakantie in Drenthe maakte ik met 'echo park' papier een gezellig mini album. Hoewel mini, er zitten wel 30 foto's in.







Ik heb een pons van Fiskars gebruikt, twee pockets voor extra foto's en diverse tags die achter een foto geplaatst zijn.
Het formaat is 19,5 c 19,5 cm; zo blijft er van vel papier dat gebruikt is een strook over die breed genoeg is om een foto van 10x15 te matten.

Creative Prompts: group challenge GROW

A challenge blog that I sometimes visit, but I've never participated (don't know why): Creative prompts. Funny challenge this time, al kinds of ingredients to make a LO.
Change: J. is changing into a teenager, but still likes to visit her aunt and play near the sea.
Monochormatic layering: yellow
Any size but 12x12: this is A4 (30x21 cm)
Use oldest and newest products: the DP base is from years ago in a sale, the small flower is from the time I used to buy cheap embellies; I've used my new dies from Tim Holz
Shiney elements: DCWV paper for the flowers, a shiny brad and the mentioned flower
Mist or paint: I've painted the flowers and the alpha's

Pffff what a list. Now I know why I never enter more then one challenge with a LO... so much to think about ;)

Van restjes EP papier maakte ik dit kaartje voor kennissen die gaan verhuizen.

































Ik heb deze sketch van mezelf gebruikt.

TCR #17

Ik heb meegedaan aan de 17e uitdaging van TCR. Een prachtige site. Moeilijk combo maar wel de kleuren die ik voor mijn slaapkamer zou willen gebruiken...


Ik heb 1 vel cardstock gebruik en verder vooral verf en stempels. Een stuk karton bewerkt met verf, stempels en pearl pigments. De meeste swirls gemaakt van de restjes karton.
