STUCK?! WONDER

On stuck?! a super cool layout with a surplus challenge, the song 'Stairway to heaven'. These songs challenges don't suit me, so I simply took one word from it: wonder.

This picture of my mum, age 84 is preacious to me.

The paper is Bo Bunny. I started with the sketch, but kept ading stuf,  maybe a bit to much, don't know, but stil like it.

Sometimes you find a good blog with challenges, that you haven't visited before.... This week I found Sketch-n-scrap, very nice!.
This sketch, turned into this Layout. Used Crate paper and prima flowers.

In the picture me, at about 9 months, in 1956. Love the detail with this old radio, the handmade polka dot-dress, so sweet. Was a happy baby, with no hair hahaha.

I took travel and retro from it: a picture of me in 1975, traveling in Germany, one of the first times I was abroad.



The title is not always true ... I'm very happy in my place now ... but sometimes ...

On Skechtabilities a nice sketch: made a layout with an old picture of my son in 1993 and a lot of Kaisercraft leftover '75 cent' paper. Mirrored  the sketch sort of.

Flowers are Prima, did a bit of MM also.

Stuck?! 'A Moment'

Last autumn I took a good walk in Vogelenzang, a lovely place. Met a big stag for a short moment. He blinkt at me and took off, but ... a good moment.

Used paper from 'scrapberry's'. And some stamps, string and other stuff.

Made the layout 2 times, the first time it simply was ugly.

Stuck?! is a fun challenge blog with lot's of prices and very beautiful entries.

Love the new moodboard on Scrap around the world....
Used an old picture of my son, 3 years and climbin in a tree in a small village near Amsterdam. His clothes where green every day!
Took some inspiration from the colors and the chevron.

Took inspiration from the colors and the 'room in your heart' part. The buddha I got some weeks ago does that to me.
