BITW Holiday in China

On Bird is the word the word was 'Holiday'. In both meanings, the festive season and a vacation.

To me my trip to China in 2012 was a holiday of a lifetime, super... especialy the visit to the wall near Mutianyu.

I've used al kinds of scraps to make this page, from different lines...

SOUS My girl

With super sketch by Sandi on Stuck on us sketches,  i've made a layout of Julia and me. At a christmas party, al dressed up. I've used lots of scraps, an old kipling label, stamps and a doily mask.

Picture of Iris, helping to pick a tree that is not to big... After buying the tree we had a lot of fun decorating it.

BitW Sweet

On Bird is the word, the word is SWEET.
This picture from China (a little town along the river LI, a small girl helping her mum on an old boat) is perfect for the word.

I've used Glitz paper, Cashmere dame, and a lot of ink. The yellow on the right was a bit of an accident... the little botlle tipped over ;)

BitW Face the music

On Bird is the word the challenge word is 'Music'. Made this LO with lot's of Prima stuff leftover from a Fairy tale workshop I did. Didn't finish the book so lots to work with ;)

Did some doodeling to make it a bit more interesting.

A funny boy about 2 years old holding a stone and looking at us (tourists) wondering what we're doing.
Used Prima paper/stamp and flowers, beads from a cheap bracelet from China.

The picture is from 1990 with my son and my sister.

SOUS: Red Lights

On SOUS the sketch is very usefull, made this LO with it.

On my holiday in China I've made 1500 pictures, all beautiful. So I've made a digital album and use some special pictures for Layout... If I don't do that, I might still be scrapping China in 2030 ....

BitW Shadow of me

On Bird is the word the (not latest) word is Shadow.
I've used the sketch a little, couldn't do much with it.

The picture is 5 years old and is taken in Morocco, a beautiful morning, cold, looking at the local monkey's. In that year I lost much weight and looked very good ... I was a shadow of my normal much bigger me ;)

I've used some Prima papers and flowers and the new Prima Press stamp, nice!

On the tag I've put some personal words (in dutch).
