Made a nice card for my sister's birthday.

Used paper from years ago, cratepaper, styleboard.
Love to make stuf with my left over scrapbook papers.

MMP july/aug: Use your wings

Have taken a moodboard from mixed media place and made a layout with a very nice summer-picture I made last week.
Used 49and market paper, it is a bit to thick for me but the color is great...
I like how it turned out, and my cat String likes is to  :)

The inspiration from the board came from the beautiful summery flowers ...

Two (simple) tags

This week on Simon monday challenge: tape it.
Have used some beautiful stamps bij stampers anonymous and Tim Holz art tape.

Made tags very simple, it's my experience that I use my tags for presents and so, if they are clear and simple.
Mixed Media is not for everyone...  ;)

More than words: Postcard from Yesterday

On this more then real life blog MORE THAN WORDS a vintage challenge. ....
I've used a picture of my grandmother and some lovely Stamperia paper. And a lot of flowers, gesso, and some chipboard. Had a good time creating this layout.
Thinking about my grandmother who was a lovely lady. And about that picture, I think it was made in 1928 or so. Wow 90 years ago ... she looks so sweet. No selfies then, only 1 picture from the photographer ....

I've uses clear gesso for the first time ... have to get used to it, but I don't like how the stamps on the background get a bit ' blurry'.

CY #56 Mother and daughter ....

The challenge on Challenge yourself next month is clear: make a mother and daughter layout.

Really love to make this layout, used old Pink Paislee paper, lovely stuff!
This picture looks old but is only taken 4 weeks ago... magic of the pc   ;)
